Terms & Conditions

Arrows is a mentoring-class service operated by ILC Mentors. Access is for enrolled students and authorized mentors. Use your own sign-in account and provide accurate contact information.

Classroom use

Mentors schedule meetings and send announcements to selected students. Students may read their invitations and announcements and manage their profile. This is a one-way communication service: student replies are not delivered to mentors. Meeting times or locations may change; check your current schedule in the app.

SMS Terms

By actively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and saving your choice, you agree to receive informational text messages from ILC Mentors for Arrows. Messages may include meeting schedules, changes, cancellations, and mentor announcements.

• Message frequency varies based on class activity and mentor notifications.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may also disable texts in the app.
• Reply HELP for help. Ordinary replies are not forwarded to a mentor.
• Consent is optional and is not a condition of enrollment, use of the classroom, or purchase.
• You confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at the mobile number you provide. Update your preferences if your number changes.
• Delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text delivery begins only after the service is connected and your opt-in is saved. You can continue receiving in-app announcements without text messages.
